Speaking as a professional real estate agent - Living circumstances have transformed in such a way that individuals and families are strongly considering buying or selling their homes sooner rather than later (especially with low interest rates and a large pool of home buyers and investors). Although the market is set for continued growth, many people are still putting their dreams of home-ownership aside because of the competition and increasing home prices, which is all very understandable...

However, we must not forget what our dreams are made of AND we must remember that the things we desire deserve a chance to become reality.
