Join us for cool drinks, warm vibes, and some summertime fun with your Apex fam. We’ll have refreshing bubble tea (on us!), a balloon artist to keep the kiddos smiling, and all the chill Summer energy you need. Whether you’re all about fruity refreshers or creamy classics, there’s something special waiting for you.

Pi Day | Mar 2025

2025 Pi(e) Day was deliciously IRRATIONAL! Our very first Pi(e) Day was a real treat - and not just because of the flaky crusts and sweet fillings! We had such a blast seeing our amazing clients drop by for a whole pi's worth of appreciation on 3.14.

One of our most exclusive (and honestly, favorite!) client appreciation events - our Mini Fall Photo Shoots featuring the amazing Melodie Deisher - was such a hit! The day was packed with cozy vibes, big smiles, and sweet moments that made our hearts so full. We loved seeing our clients and their loved ones step in front of the camera and capture some beautiful Fall memories.

With refreshing drinks in hand, sunshine in the air, and our amazing balloon artist, Antonio, bringing creative creations and smiles to the kiddos, the vibes were just right. Such a fun way to cool off, catch up, and celebrate our amazing clients. Thanks for dropping by and sipping the Summer away with us - we loved seeing your smiling faces.

A Night at the Movies | Nov 2023

The odds were in our client's favor at our private movie day during opening weekend of the Hunger Games prequel: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes! Seats vanished faster than tributes in the arena - but luckily everyone came out a victor. It was an epic afternoon of adventure, popcorn and good company. Thanks for sharing the big screen (and snacks) with us.

We had to bid farewell to 5Flavor, but fear not! We uncovered another gem: RoyalTea!!!. New drinks, exotic fruit flavors. Antonio, our balloon artist captured the hearts of the kids with his amazing balloon creations. As always, it was a blast hanging out with everyone!

Randy and Sammy brings 10 years of photography experience to our 2022 Apex Family Photo shoot! And what a dynamic duo they were! With nudges from some "animals friends" and promise of some donuts and hot cocoa after, the kiddos gave their best smiles and laughter. Lots of memories captured!

Summer Shaved Ice | July 2022

The Kona Ice Truck brought its Summer chill vibe to our 2022 Summer Event. From creating your own own shaved ice flavors, balloon twisting, fishing games, frisbee, lawn games, and more - there was fun to be had by all !!! Nothing but fun, smiles, and laughter!

Shred IT | April 2022

Happy Spring Cleaning! Our clients got a head start on decluttering their homes - brought their documents to shred, large appliances to recycle. The SHRED IT truck munched away at all the paper! And best of all, we got to reconnect with clients we haven't seen in awhile over coffee and snacks. We always look forward to these times.

Ben Lee Photography captured lots of fun and precious memories through his camera for our Apex clients and families! Enjoyed hearing lots of laughter and silly moments throughout the shoot. It's amazing how much growing happens in a year for all our clients' families. It was great to see everyone staying healthy and well.

We added Taiyaki Ice Cream to the menu this year! Who wouldn't love creamy soft serve topped with freshly made taiyaki? Lots of happy kids with ice cream mustaches having fun while watching a balloon artist create amazing balloon masterpieces in all shapes and sizes! Another great time with all our clients and their families!

Not gonna let COVID stop us! Kicking off Fall 2020 by bringing back our highly anticipated Family Photo Shoot! We invited the talented Leah Beachy to snap our family memories at Scholls Valley Lodge! Beautiful families, Oregon sunshine, amazing nature backdrops make for a fabulous outdoor shoot!

Ending the Summer with our Bubble Tea Par-Tea! Even though COVID threw a wrench in our plans and we couldn't meet with our clients face to face this year, it was still a hit with more than 200 clients coming out to beat the heat! Happy that our clients still enjoyed some good Boba!

Shred IT | June 2020

Despite COVID, we brought back our SHRED IT event for our clients and community to wrap up their late Spring/early Summer cleaning season! Clients STAYED in their car, POPPED their trunk, and we EMPTIED the items into the recycling bins! It was great to see everyone!

Many came Thirs-TEA to our Summer 2019 Bubble Tea Social! Milk Tea, Fruit Infused Tea with Boba, Lychee & Rainbow Jelly Toppings! Kids went home with some pretty awesome balloon creations. A great way to enjoy a summer evening together!

Shred IT | May 2019

Helping our clients and community kick off Spring Cleaning with our 1st ever SHRED-IT event! Document shredding, metal and electronics recycling! Did our part in contributing to our environment's sustainability. Continental breakfast and coffee served!

Ice Cream Social | June 2018

With their favorite ice cream on hand, everyone who came out were chillin' and hanging outside enjoying a nice evening! Balloon artist, carnival games, raffle giveaways, and a gigantic prize wheel made it a blast for everyone!

A Night at The Movies | Nov 2017

In November, armed with popcorn and drinks, we cheered on the Avenger superheroes as they save our world from the dark, evil forces! The good guys won (ALWAYS)! We had a wonderful time with friends and family!

Photos with Santa | Dec 2016

In December, we lured Santa with milk & cookies to make a special visit! Our clients and their families mingled and jingled with Santa over hot chocolate, melted snow, reindeer donuts, and Santa belly fruit cups! Oh what fun!
